Imperial Optical Develops Business Agreement with CIBA Vision

Rouses Point, NY—June 21, 2005—Imperial Optical, Inc., the leading independent wholesale contact lens distributor in North America, has entered into a business agreement with CIBA Vision. This agreement provides Imperial Optical with direct access to all of CIBA Vision's contact lens products, including diagnostic trial lenses. Additionally, CIBA Vision sales representatives will now get sales credit for CIBA Vision contact lenses distributed through Imperial Optical.

Samir Gad, Imperial Optical’s President and C.E.O. said, "I am very pleased that Imperial Optical has developed a business relationship with Ciba Vision. I am committed to allocating Imperial's resources to the aggressive promotion of CIBA Vision's contact lenses. Their respective local sales reps will also now get sales credit for the Imperial Optical sales of CIBA lenses, which is good for the reps and good for Imperial."
